Why APN doesn't work on ICS and Jelly Bean?
- Because Google suddenly decided to remove this feature for developers: http://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=24227
for older versions: long click on empty space on your home screen -> widgets -> select onoff widget from the list
ADD WIDGET TO THE HOME SCREEN!!!
Also added support for skins.
